Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Many items ship free of charge, and in some cases a minimum purchase amount must be reached to qualify for free shipping.
Back Orders
A back order occurs when you purchase an item that is out of stock. The expected shipping date is noted in carts while placing your order, and note that your account will not be charged until the item is ready to ship.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Cryptocurrency Charges
Cryptocurrency payments are allowed up to a degree of daily use by the shop. If you're unable to choose this method and cannot choose an alternative, we advise waiting one or two days and trying again.
Note that as the Monero Devices shop launches, we are having problems meeting demand from cryptocurrency users. This option is rarely available until our sales and accounts stabilise and we apologise.
Long Durations
Certain payment methods with long processing durations may not appear when items for time critical events are sold.
